Adam's Bio

Adam has been involved with the compliance side of human resources for almost 20 years, with a focus on the customer experience. He has actively managed DOT regulated compliance programs since 2008 and has worked with many industry leaders and government agencies in Drug Testing, Backgrounds, ADA Compliance, and Fingerprinting. Recently awarded the NDASA State Affiliate position for New Jersey, Adam is always looking to advance functionality and efficiency within the scope of compliance programs. After successfully implementing a major US airline to full use of electronic drug testing forms (eCCfs), Adam was recognized for his expertise in eCCFs by being invited to speak at the DATIA conference. His knowledge and implementation of government regulations assisted in the completion of several successful FAA, and DOJ audits as well as many DOT investigations. Within just 2 years of starting ABW compliance, Adam’s industry knowledge and integrity allowed him to secure access to several major transportation hubs as well as contracts with multiple nationwide companies. His goal for ABW Compliance is to provide quality compliance services with a high value placed on reliability and integrity. As he has done for so many companies in the past, Adam wants to ensure the safety of your workforce in a respectful manner.
